This deck of 78 Tarots, created by the famous poster designer from trieste Argio Orell in 1905, consists of 22 Trumps + 56 cards in the French suit, and is the product of the Modiano as far back as 1914.

L'artist rispolverò all the commonplaces of the exotic taste, typical of the'art deco Italian of the early Twentieth century, and so, in the figures of the seeds there are characters in japanese and chinese, the noble persians, gypsies, the Spanish, the knights and ladies of classical Greece and of the'¹ancient Egypt.

The 22 Triumphs are just as heterogeneous: the usual Harlequin, and Colombina; the Triumph n°1, and then the ship Marienbad and the Fuji-Yama, a'odalisque, two geishas, a Spanish guitarist, two lovers, a japanese, an umbrella and a fisherman japanese, tango dancers, etc. Cards from'high content of magic!
